No. Everything is made to order according to your wishes.
How long does it take to create a product?
Usually 7–21 days, while larger or more complex projects can take up to 30 days.
Can I choose the type of wood?
Of course. We most often work with walnut, oak, ash, and fossil oak.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes. You can personalise names, dates, symbols, logos, and special messages.
Do you only make epoxy products?
No — we also make non-epoxy products such as Slava boards, gift sets, serving boards, and tables.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within the region and the EU. Shipping costs depend on the destination.
Can I send my own idea or sketch?
Absolutely. We love working on projects with personal significance.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, cash on delivery, or in advance (for personalised products).
Can I return a product?
Unfortunately, no — all products are personalised and made to order. Returns are only possible if the product is damaged during shipping.

Waterproofing & Care
Epoxy resin is waterproof and doesn’t absorb moisture, making it ideal for serving boards and tables. However, avoid prolonged soaking.
Proper Cleaning
Clean your epoxy piece with a soft cloth and a mild glass cleaner or soapy water. Avoid abrasive chemicals and rough sponges to preserve the resin’s high gloss.
Heat Protection
Epoxy resin is heat-resistant, but direct flames or extremely hot objects (e.g., boiling pots) can damage the surface. Always use coasters or trivets.
